Who we are

glassessuggestions.com is operated by snekmedia GmbH, Rüdigergasse 23/9, 1050 Wien, Österreich (Austria) (imprint), as are the other sites of its family (hatsuggestions.com, outfitsuggestion.com, accessorysuggestions.com, bagsuggestions.com, watchsuggestion.com, colorsuggestions.com). These terms apply to every use of glassessuggestions.com and every purchase on it. The same terms apply on every site of the family that offers try-ons.

What the service does

You upload a photo of yourself (a selfie) and choose a style, and an AI model generates an image of you with it. The result is an illustration to help you decide, not a promise of how the real thing will look on you: fit, material, light and the people who make or style it all play a part.

The color comparison of ColorSuggestions, which sets your best colors against your worst ones on your photo, is an AI visualization, not a professional color analysis: screens and light change how colors look.

Your account

• One account and one credit balance work on every site of the family: credits bought on one site can be spent on any other, and links between the sites keep you logged in.
• You sign up and log in with your email address and a code or link we email you. Keep access to that inbox secure.
• The service is not intended for children under 14.
• You can delete your account at any time in your Suite. This deletes your selfies, try-ons and unused credits on every site of the family at once.

Free credit, credits and packs

• Each account gets one free credit once its email address is confirmed.
• A try-on uses 1 credit. A Full Look, several styles from different categories in one image, uses 2 credits; AccessorySuggestions offers it.
• Credits are sold in packs, as a one-time payment; there is no subscription.
• Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a try-on fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• Each try-on can be re-generated once for free, with the same selfie and style.
• Some sites of the family offer a free analysis of your selfie. It shows what it reads, such as your face shape, openly and picks the style that fits you best in a category (your best fit). The best fit stays sealed until your account has bought a pack at least once; from then on any credit reveals it as a try-on, the free one included.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you buy and include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right ends once supply has begun, if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG). We ask for this at checkout, and the credits are supplied immediately after payment.

Your photos and content

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it, and only photos you have the right to use.
• Do not upload unlawful, sexual or violent content, or photos of children who are not your own.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to process them only to provide the service to you.
• You may use the images generated for you for personal purposes, for example to show a stylist or to share them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is always online or error-free. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought. The date at the top shows the current version.

Law and contact

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply. Questions or complaints: office@rendersnek.com.
